The Story of our Rescue Noah
December 2012: Noah is very sick with Ehrlichiosis. Dogs with this disease either have been bitten by the brown dog tick or it is transferred to them from their mother that has been bitten. In Noah’s case, from his mother. Anemia, fever, loss of appetite, lethargy are just some of the symptoms. If left untreated it almost always results in death for a puppy. Treatment is antibiotics asap!!! Sometimes, as in Noah’s case he was given fluid replacement and round the clock care. He is about 8 weeks old here. |
After Adoption:
Noah now has a new, loving family. He weighs in at a whopping 75 lbs and really enjoys spending time with his new Dad! |

Taya's Story
|
Taya came to Mostly Mutts in October 2015 with mange and a very fearful attitude. She would pancake and not move something very bad had happened to her! After a couple months of baths, baths and baths plus love, medical care and more love we began to see the beautiful baby blossom. She is shown here with her new forever family.
Help us help them if you are able donate to our rescue today. Every penny is used to save them. |
